Return Policy

If, by any chance that you have to move and can not take the dog with you or are unable to care for it, you may bring the dog back to us. We will take back full ownership of the dog and provide any medical attention it may need. I would rather that you place the dog in a suitable home if possible. If you are unable to do so, we will be glad to take the dog back with their registration papers, they can be placed in a new home rather than it going to an animal shelter. Part of the bill of sale does include a clause that your new baby can NEVER be turned into a local animal shelter if you are unable to care for your new baby. Even if you must move and are unable to relocate with your baby. I, the breeder must be notified, of any situation that will cause any Dane produced by me, to be placed into any shelter.

This is our guarantee that we WILL NOT co-own the puppy you purchase from us. You will be the sole owner of this puppy. You will have full registration rights to all and any offspring that your new baby may produce IF you have breeding rights. If something was to happen as far as a genetic  medical defect, within a year of your purchase you may return the dog to us or you may keep this said dog and we will give you a new puppy that is available or in if none available in an upcoming litter. This is your choice to keep or return the puppy within the one year period. It must have medical documentation by a Vet stating the problem plus the registration papers upon return. Medical reasoning’s are physical defects, NOT heartworms, abuse, malnutrition, HOD, or mange.

Shipping Your New Baby?

I will ship your puppy for $250.00 or less if this dollar amount is not required. This will include his pet carrier, airfare, and a meal attached to the carrier in the event of a layover. I will also attach reg. papers to the crate or I can overnight them to you. I will ship you puppy on a nonstop flight. Your puppy will be shipped on Delta airlines, unless a flight is not available with them in that case I will notify you of the carrier. This fee must be paid by the time you would like your new baby sent to you. I will need time to book a flight and prepare the baby for travel. It will take me about 48 hours to have your little one ready for flight. I only fly my puppies on Friday. This is so you can spend the weekend with your new baby!

For breeding rights the prices are as follows:

Harlequins are $1200.00, (limited reg.) $1000.00

Blues are $1200.00, (limited reg.) $1000.00

Mantles are $1200.00, (limited reg.) $1000.00

Merles are $1200.00, (limited reg.) $1000.00

Blacks are $800.00, (limited reg.) $600.00

All puppies come with a Florida issued Health Certificate, age appropriate shots and worming, a leash and collar, AKC reg. papers.  Puppies are ready at 8 weeks of age once health certificates are issued, puppies not able to be picked up by their new owners will have $10.00 weekly boarding and expenses that may occur, such as: vaccines,health cetificates..ect.

Deposit of $300.00 will hold the puppy of your choice and it is nonrefundable. After the deposit has been received, your puppy will be marked as “SOLD” and will no longer be offered for sale.

This said DEPOSIT is REFUNDABLE under these conditions; #1. The puppy is determined unfit for sale by my Vet. #2 The puppy dies.

This puppy is considered to be of sound body and good health at time of sale. All puppies have a full health guarantee for 1 year and any inherited genetic problems. This price includes worming, Vet checks, all registration papers, a Florida Health Certificate from my Vet, written contracts, age appropriate shots, a leash and collar.

Buyer is responsible for a Vets health exam within 96 hours of purchase. If a serious health or genetic defect is found at this exam, the puppy may be returned with a written report from the Vet and date of exam. If the buyer wishes to return the dog within the one year period due to genetic disease a replacement puppy will be offered when one becomes available. The buyer may keep their puppy and receive a replacement puppy.

Purchaser agrees to take good care of the puppy. This includes a low protein diet of less than 25% when the puppy turns 12 weeks of age and are in their growth spurt during the first 2 years. This said puppy will receive proper Vet check ups and annual care. This puppy will not be chained for more 5 hours(prefer not at all) and must be allowed in the house. You also agree NEVER to place this puppy into an animal shelter of any kind! You must notify McMurry Kennels prior to relinquishment of this type! This puppy must be returned to me before any type of shelter placement! I will help you place this puppy into another home if the need ever arises for any reason.
